Seth and team are fantastic! We did an event for 85 people, it turned out so well because of Seth and his team. He made a custom drinks menu, he chose a terrific selection of beers, wines, and liquors, and he set up bar tables, eating tables, and chairs. They arrived on time, and made a great impression on all the guests. His communication skills, his energy, and his personality are excellent. I recommend him so highly! You must use SF Bartenders!!
Our friend was having a wedding in France and we wanted to have a bridal shower that was as french as could be- berets, french champagne, french wines, decor, and our own personal bartender for our "French Cafe" experience. SF Bartenders not only made it happen, they blew it out of the water. From first contact to execution and even follow up, SF Bartenders was easy to work with, polite and also made what can be stressful planning, really fun. It's not often you feel like you are truly partnering with a caterer or bartending company. They were professional and had expertise on their staff- we knew nothing about french wine so they made all the selections, there were zero complaints. They were also really proactive and thoughtful, they gave me advice on planning that I hadn't event thought of, even when they weren't going to own that aspect of the event. They simply had my back and seemingly wanted the party to be a seamless hit. They also came through and saved a last minute failure on my part. The day of the event I forgot an additional table for the food, our bartender was setting up as I started to freak out and he hopped in and let us know he'd take care of it. Within 40 minutes someone from their team was there setting up an additional table. I'd say they were life savers but really they were just party savers (and favors!). Working with SF Bartenders was like working with an old friend- I highly recommend them for events large and small.
We could NOT have done this event without SF Bartenders! From your guidance on everything (liquor license, to name a big one) to your responsiveness (pretty much at all hours), your partnership gave me a feeling of relief because I knew you'd make sure it all worked out. And you (and Seth) did!

As an event planner, it makes all the difference to have a friendly and personable beverage catering team. We recently worked with SF Bartenders on a wedding at the San Francisco Conservatory and every member was amazing!. Special shout out to Seth and Monica who took the time to talk to me prior to the wedding (some vendors NEVER do that and it's important to). The team did an amazing job tending bar and keeping our guests lubricated and happy. That second bar also looked adorable in the Special Exhibit room. We'd work with them again in a heartbeat!
We hired SF Bartenders for our wedding this past summer, and we're so glad we did! We met with members of their team a few times before the wedding to chat about what we were looking for and plan out the day. Seth and each team member we met were incredibly friendly, accommodating and very communicative. Since we really had no idea what we were doing, they also gave us great advice throughout the process. We wanted to purchase our own alcohol to save a bit of money, which they were completely open to. They even gave us advice on some reasonably priced wines to get. We had to limit our hard alcohol options to 2 signature drinks due to venue constraints. We knew we wanted a whiskey drink and a vodka drink but had no idea what specifically we wanted beyond this. Seth asked to see our menu and came back with some great recommendations based on the menu. He even went so far as to check out our wedding website and recommended names for the drinks related to our engagement story that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. So thoughtful! Most importantly, Seth and his team did a fantastic job keeping our guests happy at our wedding. The set-up looked great, the bartenders were friendly and on top of it, and the signature cocktails were absolutely delicious. The whiskey drink had a splash of Malbec floating on top - looked awesome and tasted great! SF Bartenders were an absolute pleasure to work with, and we both highly recommend them!

Seth and his team have been asked back to each one of client's events after their service. If this doesnt say 5 stars, I dont know else does! They will provide what you need and make it easy to work with them. Pricing for their service is also reasonable yet not cheap since they are the best. Thank you!
